3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities conducted under your account.

3.2 Account Security

• You must choose a strong password and change it regularly.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

• We are not responsible for unauthorized account access due to your negligence.

3.3 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Violation Consequences: Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension, service termination, legal action, and reporting to authorities. We cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

5. Payment & Billing

5.1 Pricing & Payment Terms

• All prices are displayed in PKR or other specified currencies.

• Payment is due in advance before service activation.

• We accept payment methods as specified at checkout.

• Prices may change with 30 days written notice.

5.2 Recurring Billing

Services with recurring billing will automatically renew unless cancelled. You will receive renewal notices via email. Cancellation must be submitted before the renewal date.

5.3 Refunds

• Hosting services: 30-day money-back guarantee (if no significant usage).

• Domain registrations: No refunds after purchase (transfer may be available).

• Other services: Non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service description.

5.4 Failed Payments

If payment fails, we will attempt to collect again. Repeated failed payments may result in service suspension or account termination.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall License.com.pk be liable for any damages exceeding the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for lost profits, loss of data, indirect or consequential damages, business interruption, or third-party services used with our Services.

7. Disclaimers & Warranties

Our Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We strive for 99.9% uptime, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting cancellation through your account dashboard or contacting support. We may terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, repeatedly fail to pay invoices, or pose a security risk.

9. Amendments to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately or as specified in the notice. Material changes will be announced via email or prominent website notice. Continued use of Services after modifications indicates your acceptance.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan. We encourage you to contact support first to resolve disputes amicably.
